"My name is Glen Myers. I'm on the Board of Directors of the Woods at Polaris Condominium Association.

We've had so many roof problems with this community, and we want to make sure that that doesn't happen again for our people. We had one company that went belly up toward the end, and we really had to struggle through that. We had three or four different things that we're looking for.
