Josh was truly great to work with. He was the last contractor we worked with but the only one that INSISTED on not only seeing up on the roof, but also seeing it from the attic as well. When he was up there he had mentioned he saw some cracks in the old shingles, and showed me. After that he even went up and put some sealant there to make sure we had no leaks while we figured our who we were using for a contractor.
