Roofing in Preston, Cary

Local roof repair and replacement for Preston homes, with the HOA and housing details that matter.

About Preston

Preston is a golf community in northwest Cary built mostly from the 1980s and 1990s around Prestonwood Country Club. Homes are larger two-stories and custom homes on wooded lots.

What Preston roofs need

• Many Preston roofs are on their second shingle roof or due for one, and complex rooflines with skylights and bonus rooms are common.
• Pines and hardwoods fill gutters and valleys and keep shaded slopes damp.
• Wind-driven rain from summer storms and tropical remnants finds weak flashing at walls, chimneys and skylights.
