The team was very communicative throughout the entire process from scheduling my replacement, to installation updates and even follow up months later to ensure we were still satisfied. Mike came out to look at the damage a tree did to my roof. He sent me pictures of the needed repairs and attached them to the estimate...which was great because I sure didn't want to climb up on my roof to see what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything to me before the repair. His guys did a great job! When I had a minor issue Mike came out himself and fixed it the next day. It was clear that he wanted the work to be done right. He told me on more than one occasion that he was sure I didn't need a new roof. It's important to find someone honest because as a female homeowner I know nothing about roofs.

They are very good at the job they performed. They did replace my entire roof, gutters, partial siding replacement, back porch was re-painted and re-screened and 3 windows were replaced and all affected window screens were replaced. It took a while to get at these works done but it was done properly and to my best satisfaction. I am very happy with the final outcome. All folks in this company from jon my case manager all the way up to their big boss , Curtis, were friendly, professional and the right people for the job.
