Brandon from Roof Revivers came to inspect our roof. He is very knowledgeable, fair, friendly, punctual. He inspected our roof thoroughly, took pictures, walked me through the conditions, provided options and advice. He's very knowledgeable about the insurance process and guided me through that process. He communicates through text and kept me informed throughout the process. He also covered the wind damaged area with the tarp and prevented from any further damages to the property. On 1/10/2024, I noticed some mild water leaks in the garage ceiling, I called Ryan at Roof Reviver to check whether it could be coming from the roof, Ryan immediately showed up, inspected the roof and noticed the caulking around the wall/structure were worn out. I had a persistent slow roof leak above my garage. I spoke with Luke, who seemed very confident that he understood the problem, enough so that after speaking with 3 other roofing companies earlier, I pulled the trigger with RoofRevivers. The repair people arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and courteous. As it so happened, it rained cats and dogs the evening of the repair. I obviously was very pleased to see absolutely no leak and I cannot tell after seeing what they had torn out earlier, that they had even been there. Very nice experience.

These guys are amazing! Had them come out to give me an estimate today and they were surprisingly great. No aggressive sales pitch, honest answers, and just genuine. If you don't need a new roof, they won't push you into one. Heck, the technician "Matt" if I remember right saw a big hole in the roof where water was coming in during the estimate and threw a quick patch on it because he felt bad. There's not many companies out there that would do that kind of care. Will definitely recommend in the future.

Mike came out to look at the damage a tree did to my roof. He sent me pictures of the needed repairs and attached them to the estimate...which was great because I sure didn't want to climb up on my roof to see what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything to me before the repair. His guys did a great job! When I had a minor issue Mike came out himself and fixed it the next day. It was clear that he wanted the work to be done right. He told me on more than one occasion that he was sure I didn't need a new roof. It's important to find someone honest because as a female homeowner I know nothing about roofs.

We worked with Reed to get a new roof put on our house and couldn't have been happier with the service he and his crew provided. It ran through an insurance claim, and Reed handled working directly with the adjuster while keeping me in the loop. And he's one heck of a nice guy. We have a big house with steep roof sections, and they got the whole thing done in a couple days. It looks fantastic and we're very thankful. We'd recommend Roof Revivers to anyone!
