Brandon came out to check my roof and correctly diagnosed that it was the gas pipe on the roof that was leaking and thankfully not my roof. I was able to get a tech out here in two weeks! Once here there it was no contact and they finished in about an hour and a half. They called me to alert me that they found the pipe wasn't connected to anything and that they would be fixing the actual problem with no change to cost!

Calling for a roof repair is suppose to be painful. It all starts with an issue or a problem, LIKE IT'S RAINING IN YOUR KITCHEN! from one of our new weekly Central Ohio epic thunderstorms. You're not certain of who to call because YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ROOFS and what to do when it STARTS RAINING IN YOUR KITCHEN. I called a friend, a realtor (yeah, I know), thinking, well, he knows a thing or two about houses, maybe he has a guy. Had me call Roof Revivers. Not that painful so far. The very next day, Juan Rico, the Roof Revivers Project Consultant came out to our home in Bexley. Great guy. Did his thing, told me what the problem was (section over my back porch needed to be replaced), helped my neighbor with an issue that she was having, gave me a quote that frankly was half of what I thought it may be. Let me say it again, Great Guy. Easy to talk to. Professional, I believed him, I trusted him. So not painful! Called the office (not painful at all. As a matter of fact, quite pleasant) and gave them the go ahead. That very next Friday morning, the Roof Reviver crew of 3 gentlemen arrived. Again, these guys could not have been kinder, or more professional. The work they did was perfect in every way. Off with the shingles and the watered down rotted wood underneath. Off with the thingy that goes between the roof and and the bricks (I warned you I didn't know anything about roofing, or carpentry, or fixing stuff). It was a mess. Loads of debris in the driveway. I mention this because after they completed the job, the cleanup was so well done you would have never known they were even there. So, the initial call, the consultation, the appointment process, the actual work, literally no pain! And now, it won't RAIN IN MY KITCHEN anymore. Call Roof Revivers.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Every interaction was very professional, and they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable in what they do.
