Roof repair in Columbus: most roofs need a repair, not a new roof

Of the 1,991 completed Central Ohio jobs in our Columbus Roof Repair Report 2026 that were either a repair or a replacement, 1,624 were roof repairs and 367 were full replacements. An active leak or water inside was the most common problem in repair job notes. So we look for where the water is actually getting in and fix that first. See roof repair in Columbus, or storm tarping and leak repair if water is coming in now.

Roof replacement in Columbus, when a repair is not enough

When leaks keep coming back in different places, shingles are failing across the roof or the decking is soft, a replacement is usually the better spend. Our guide to repairing or replacing your roof covers how we decide. Recent replacements: full roof replacement in Columbus, front-slope replacement in Gahanna and roof replacement in Delaware. We are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor: qualifying Owens Corning systems we install can carry the Owens Corning Platinum warranty with 25 years of non-prorated coverage, and we put the terms that apply to your roof in writing before you sign. See roof replacement in Columbus.

Gutters, siding and skylights

We also repair and install gutters and leaf guards, replace siding, and replace skylights, most often during a roof replacement (for example, this skylight replacement in Westerville). Property managers and HOAs: see commercial roofing in Columbus.

Customers have given us glowing reviews.

I had a hole in my roof from an animal. I always try to use local contractors in my area. I contacted Roof Revivers for an estimate and they were quick to come out. I felt it was a fair price and moved forward with the repairs. The repairs are done and everything looks good. Thanks Roof Revivers!!

This company redid a rubber roof on a breezeway between my house and garage. They came late last year in 2025 initially on a mild weather day, and when the crew was done I noticed that there were some air pockets / folds in the rubber material. (In my last roof the folds are where the rubber eventually failed, cracked, broke, and water came in.) The team lead came back to my house, took a look and apologized for the work and said that they would make it right. They waited till warmer weather this month in July 2026, contacted me again, and sent their best crew to redo the work. Not only did they redo it but they redid it at higher quality for no extra cost. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the team and thought their prices were fair (I had compared 3 quotes of local companies). Happy with their work and would recommend.

We had to get our bathroom vents extended through the roof and get new gutters. Joey was great at explaining our options and being honest about exactly what we needed without trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The work was done with high quality and care. Very happy with everything and will likely use them again for any other roof or siding needs.

Happy with the roof replacement they did. Pleasant to work with, good communication, and the price was in line with other quotes.
