Leak and rotted wood repair in Westerville

What we found and what we did

The homeowner needed a leak fixed fast. At an inside corner where two roof sections meet the house, the photos show the roof deck and fascia had rotted through. The crew removed the rotted wood, installed new decking, and shingled the corner back in. They finished the job in a downpour, according to the homeowner's follow-up call.

Why inside corners rot
