A completed Roof Revivers pipe boot repair, shown with crew photos.
Columbus, Ohio · August 2026
The old pipe boot was replaced. The crew laid new underlayment, set a new boot, and shingled it back in.
A pipe boot is the rubber-and-metal collar that seals a plumbing vent where it passes through the roof. Rubber collars dry out and crack over time, letting water run down the pipe into the attic.
