"My name is Glen Myers. I'm on the Board of Directors of the Woods at Polaris Condominium Association.
We've had so many roof problems with this community, and we want to make sure that that doesn't happen again for our people. We had one company that went belly up toward the end, and we really had to struggle through that. We've had some that have done a good job, and we had Roof Revivers, who's done an incredible job for us.
We had three or four different things that we're looking for.

Third was communication. We have 124 units. It's critical for us to communicate with all those people on a regular basis and let them know what's happening. And Roof Revivers was incredible in doing that.
Roof Revivers communicated to us every single day so that I could send out emails to our people in the community. And they put notices on the doors of each one of the buildings they were going to work on to let people know in advance that they were coming that day.
They had done seven new roofs for us before, and everything worked out really well. So when this opportunity came up for 20 more roofs, we selected them because of their communication and because of the quality of the work that they did. And their follow-up was great, too."
