Roof Revivers’ 2025 Year in Review: Our Company Journey and Community Impact

As we reflect on 2025, we’re filled with immense pride and gratitude for the incredible year we’ve had at Roof Revivers. While we’ve continued to provide exceptional roofing services, what truly sets our hearts ablaze is the impact we’ve made through our charitable initiatives. This year, as part of the Owens Corning Gives Back campaign, our team didn't just talk about making a difference... we lived it. Every call, every collection, and every donation came straight from our hearts.

Community Action

Autism Speaks Walk in Columbus, Ohio

One of our most meaningful experiences in 2025 was participating in the Autism Speaks Walk. We started by walking alongside families at the Columbus Empowerment Walk, donating $2,500 to Autism Speaks in honor of Liam—the incredible grandchild of one of our own team members. Seeing his smile reminded us exactly why we do this.

The event featured a resource fair, a friendship bracelet station, and a Superhero Sprint that reminded us all of the incredible strength within our community. Through our community service initiatives, we’ve been able to give back to the neighborhoods we serve.

Sips & Wiggles CFF Event

Our participation in the Sips & Wiggles Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) event was another highlight. This year, we gave $30,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, bringing our total support over the years to $167,500.

The event featured local tastings and live music, creating an atmosphere where learning and fun went hand in hand. The funds raised contribute directly to research efforts working toward better treatments and ultimately a cure.

A Special Note of Thanks

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our videographer, Dan Lyons, for the wonderful video he created featuring families and individuals affected by Cystic Fibrosis. Dan’s work provided a moving look into their lives, capturing both the incredible successes and the daily struggles of those living with this condition. His storytelling helped bring our mission to life in a way words alone cannot.

Our Community Service Roofing Initiatives in 2025

Blood Drive Success

Throughout 2025, Roof Revivers rolled up our sleeves for two American Red Cross blood drives, giving the gift of life when it was needed most. We are committed to making blood donation a regular part of our community service efforts. The response from our community was overwhelming, and we’re proud to have contributed to the local blood supply.

2025 Food Drive Impact

Nothing prepared us for our biggest effort: a massive food drive for Gahanna GRIN, our local food bank. We called over three hundred of our customers—past and present, residential and commercial—asking for help. While the process was challenging and took time, together we collected a total of 893 pounds of food right before the holidays.

Watching those boxes pile up in our office, knowing they would feed hungry kids and our struggling neighbors, made every second of effort worth it.

Continuing Our Mission

As we step into 2026, we’re not slowing down – we’re accelerating our charitable efforts. We are so proud to be Gahanna’s trusted roofing company, and we want to continue to pay it forward. 

The Autism Speaks Walk, Sips & Wiggles CFF event, blood drives, and food drives will all remain central to our community involvement strategy. We believe that consistency in charitable giving creates lasting impact, and our ongoing support allows these organizations to count on us as reliable partners in their missions.

Exciting New Partnership: GRIN of Gahanna

We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with GRIN (Gahanna Residents In Need) as a satellite drop-off location for donations. This collaboration represents an exciting expansion of our charitable efforts and provides our community with even more convenient ways to support families in need.

GRIN serves the Gahanna-Jefferson school district area and operates multiple programs including a food pantry, back-to-school events, and diaper distribution services. Their food pantry operates three times per week, providing essential groceries to families facing food insecurity. By serving as a satellite drop-off location, we’re making it easier for our customers and community members to contribute to this vital local resource.

The impact of donations to GRIN is significant – just $25 can feed a family of four for one day, while $100 covers gas for food pickup and delivery services. This partnership allows us to extend our charitable reach and provide ongoing support to families in our extended community.
