Andres joined the Roof Revivers team in January 2019 as one of its earliest members, bringing with him more than 22 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry. His career began as a ground laborer, where he quickly developed a strong understanding of the trade through hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn. Before long, he advanced to working on the roof, gaining valuable technical skills and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship.

As his experience grew, Andres stepped into leadership roles, eventually running his own roofing crews for over a decade. During that time, he successfully managed large teams of up to 60 employees, coordinating complex projects while maintaining high standards for safety, efficiency, and workmanship. His ability to lead, problem-solve, and keep operations running smoothly earned him respect throughout the field.

In 2019, Andres made the decision to bring his extensive knowledge and leadership experience to Roof Revivers, where he plays a key role in overseeing field operations. His expertise helps ensure that projects are completed on time, done right the first time, and meet the company’s commitment to excellence. He leads by example, setting the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork across every job site.
