About Rachel
Rachel joined Roof Revivers in March 2020 as the Office Manager, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in office operations within the exterior renovations industry. From day one, she has played a key role in keeping the company running smoothly behind the scenes—ensuring processes are efficient, communication is clear, and both customers and team members feel supported every step of the way. Her organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities make her an essential part of the Roof Revivers team.
Throughout her career, Rachel has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping others. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for customers while also supporting her coworkers, always willing to step in wherever she is needed. Her strong work ethic and consistency reflect her dedication to doing things the right way.
Outside of work, Rachel has been with her husband, Dominic, for over 30 years. Family is at the center of her life, and she deeply values the time she spends with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Whether celebrating milestones, enjoying everyday moments, or attending a concert together, she cherishes the memories they create.
Rachel is actively involved with Autism Speaks, a cause that is especially meaningful to her, and she is proud to support efforts that raise awareness and provide resources for families. She is also involved with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and National Women in Roofing (NWIR), staying engaged within both the property management and roofing industries.
Balancing her career and family life, Rachel brings compassion and integrity into everything she does—making her not only a dependable team member but someone who others enjoy working with.
