About Reed
Reed’s passion for construction began at the young age of 16, when he first started working alongside his father and learning the value of craftsmanship, hard work, and attention to detail. Those early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to building and improving homes, as well as a deep respect for the trades. Over time, what started as a hands-on introduction quickly grew into a true calling.
In addition to his work in construction, Reed dedicated 21 years of his life to serving in the Air Force National Guard, ultimately retiring in 2021. His military career helped shape his leadership style, instilling discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility—qualities that continue to influence how he leads his team and serves his customers today. Balancing both military service and civilian work, Reed developed a unique ability to manage complex responsibilities while staying focused on delivering results.
Committed to personal and professional growth, Reed also pursued higher education, earning a degree from The Ohio State University in 2006. His academic background, combined with real-world experience, gives him a well-rounded perspective on business operations, customer service, and long-term planning.
In January 2019, Reed took a significant step forward in his career by acquiring Roof Revivers, a well-established and respected roofing company previously owned by Mike and Todd Feazel—well-known figures in the local roofing community. Since taking ownership, Reed has focused on building upon that strong foundation, enhancing the company’s reputation for quality workmanship, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, Roof Revivers continues to grow while maintaining the core values that earned it trust in the community.
Above all, Reed cherishes his role as a father. Outside of work, he finds his greatest joy in spending quality time with his son, especially in the great outdoors. Whether it’s exploring nature, working on projects together, or simply enjoying time away from the day-to-day hustle, these moments reflect what matters most to him—family, connection, and creating lasting memories.
