Insurance roof replacement in Dunn

What we found and what we did

This Dunn homeowner's roof had damage covered by the homeowner's insurance. After the adjuster's visit, the claim covered a full roof replacement on the house and the detached garage.

The crew tore off the old shingles down to the decking, installed new synthetic underlayment, and put down new dark architectural shingles across every roof plane, including the hip section over the front bay and the lower roof sections. The detached garage got the same new roof so everything matches. Work started in late July 2026 and the replacement was finished in early August.

How the insurance side worked
