What we found and what we did
Our Raleigh team inspected this Goldsboro home on June 23, 2026. The old shingles were weathered across the roof, with patched spots along the ridge and branch debris on the slopes, and the homeowner had an insurance claim open for roof damage.
In late June 2026 the crew tore the old shingles off down to the roof deck and installed a new shingle roof: Owens Corning Oakridge architectural shingles in Brownwood, Owens Corning ProEdge hip and ridge caps, synthetic underlayment with ice and water underlayment, starter strip shingles, and ridge vent along the ridges. New pipe boots and brown aluminum drip edge finished the penetrations and roof edges.
