An insurance roof replacement on a home in Linden, in northern Cumberland County near Fayetteville, shown with crew photos.
Linden, North Carolina · June 2026
Our Raleigh team inspected this Linden home in May 2026. The original architectural shingles were weathered across the roof planes, and the homeowner had an insurance claim open for roof damage. Once the insurer approved the scope, the claim covered a full roof replacement.
In June 2026 the crew tore off the old shingles on the roughly 38-square, walkable-pitch roof and installed a complete Owens Corning system: Oakridge architectural shingles, Starter Strip Plus at the eaves and rakes, RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment, ProEdge hip and ridge caps, and VentSure ridge vent along the ridges. New aluminum drip edge and new pipe boots finished the roof edges and penetrations.
We worked from the insurer's restoration estimate, and when an updated supplement estimate was issued, we handled that paperwork too, so the homeowner did not have to chase it. Read more about roof insurance claims around Fayetteville and our storm damage roofing service.
