He took time to talk to us extensively to explain his findings, then he took care of the problem on the spot. He is more than willing to follow up, if the need be. It was our first time submitting a claim to our insurance company due to storm damage, and Brandon made the process easy. We couldn't be happier with the final install of our roof and gutters on our home and shed. The install teams were very kind and respectful and did a great job cleaning up after the projects. The crew came around 8 am to begin work. They were very polite and went right to work. After the job was done they picked up all trash left and kindly showed me the pictures of the completed job.
