Most of the Westerville leaks we fix start at a detail, not across the whole roof. At a sidewall flashing repair, water was showing up at the soffit behind the gutter; the gutter company traced it to the roof, and the crew repaired the flashing and shingles where the roof meets the wall. At a leak and rotted wood repair, an inside corner where two roof sections meet the house had rotted through the decking and fascia, so the crew cut out the rotted wood, installed new decking and shingled the corner back in.
